What is a Sheet Leveling Machine?
The sheet leveling machine consists of multiple individual frame plates. Each upper roll is mounted on a separate frame plate, with support rolls positioned in between. Every frame plate is equipped with its own drive system and digital display device, allowing for arbitrary adjustment of relative positions. Consequently, in addition to the parallel and tilting functions available on other leveling machines, the upper rolls on this machine can be arranged in a V-shape. This configuration facilitates the leveling of high-strength steel plates; specifically, when high-strength plates undergo severe deformation, it effectively resolves the feeding difficulties commonly encountered by leveling machines. This equipment meets the stringent requirements for high precision and stable performance when leveling both ordinary and high-strength steel plates, successfully solving the problem that ordinary leveling machines cannot correct high-strength plates.
