Quadruple High-Standard Leveling Machine

Leveling Structure: Quadruple-high structure consisting of leveling rolls and multiple sets of backup rolls.
Leveling Roll Material: Options include 42CrMo, GCr15, 60CrMoV, and 9Cr2Mo.
Leveling Roll Treatment: Quenched and tempered with stress relief, followed by quenching (HRC 54, HRC 60). For cold-rolled steel and stainless steel plates, the leveling roll surfaces are hard chrome-plated.
Reducer: Options include standard ZQ type, ZLY type with hardened tooth surface, and TR type with hardened tooth surface.
Distribution Gearbox: Custom-made. Features a first-stage transmission and second-stage distribution design. Gears are made of 20CrMnTi carburized steel.
Universal Joint Shaft: Metallurgical industry-grade universal joint shaft.
Adjustment Method: Manual + electric adjustment. The roll gap adjustment is designed with an elastic backlash elimination device for the lead screw.
Lubrication System: Primarily centralized lubrication via manual or electric pump.
Application: Suitable for general leveling requirements of carbon steel plates and stainless steel plates.

Universal joint:   self-made material is structural alloy steel.The structure of heat treatment technology distribution box,     adjustment and lubricating mode is same as quadruple type leveling machine.
